Choose from one of CREATE’s crafty party themes or work with a CREATologist to customize a party as unique and cool as your child! Party packages range from $10-$20, with a five-child or $50 minimum. Check out some of the FUN party ideas that CREATE has to offer!
CREATE will provide:
- Party Space for 1 ½ hours
- All the craft supplies and instruction needed to complete the project
- A CREATE Party Host (see policies)
- Invitations
- Kitchenette, Refrigerator & Freezer Space for your use
- Clean-Up
- Confirmation of party by phone 3-5 days prior to the party date
Your Responsibilities:
- A $50, non-refundable deposit to hold your desired party date & time.
- To insure the best possible experience, CREATE recommends booking your party at least 2 weeks in advance. We make every effort to keep items fully stocked, however, parties booked within 10 days of your party date are subject to selecting your craft based upon the supplies on hand.
- Refreshments, plates, cups, napkins, silverware, candles, and gift bags. We let you handle serving refreshments & gift opening. CREATE staff will provide clean-up.
- Arrival no more than 10 minutes before your scheduled party time.
- Final payment of the balance due must be made on the day to the party. Your deposit will be applied to the balance.
Party Policies:
- Parties of 5-10 guests age six and above, a CREATE party host is included; parties of 11-20 children REQUIRE a second party host at a cost of $35. Parties larger than 21 children will REQUIRE one additional host for each 10 children in attendance.
- Parties of children UNDER six years old OR certain party themes, REQUIRE an additional party host. See party descriptions for details.
- To book a party for more than 20 guests, please call 402-933-4446 and speak with Lisa or Amy.
- CREATE will provide space for the party children AND up to four adults. Due to the nature of our business, we cannot accommodate additional adults without prior notification. Please note that a fee will be assessed for additional guests not participating in the party craft.
- To respect all of our party guests and customers, all parties MUST begin within five minutes of the scheduled party time. We will make every possible effort to catch latecomers up in the craft & keep your party on schedule. Should your party run over due to late guests or circumstances beyond CREATE'S control, you will be charged $5 for every additional 15 minutes.
Don't want to deal with planning the food? You can order pizza from Sam and Louie's at a special CREATE rate! Mention this to your CREATologist when you make your reservation! Pizza adds 30 minutes to the overall party length. The added charge for this is $10 plus cost of pizza.
